Bespoke hardwood casement window 120cms x 120cms, factory fitted Pilkington K glass double glazed panels and factory painted. Fitted with multi point locks and friction hinges. Window opening complies with building regulations for fire escape purposes. Windows open outwards. We have 4 windows available all the same size, 3 windows fitted with plain glass, 1 window fitted with obscure glass. These windows where bought for our self build but sadly we were given the wrong aperture dimensons by the timber frame company so the windows were ordered to the wrong dimensions, they cost us 700 each 3 years ago.
