Magnificent Dolls House / MANSION 1/12th scale -

This is a wonderful project for a serious collector ..Sadly I no longer have the room to display this eight roomed Georgian mansion with grand central entrance hall and staircase ...most rooms have lighting from a transformer (which is not included but easily purchased on ebay for around 18.00 ) It is fully decorated and carpeted throughout..The staircase needs some attention..spindles need replaced but i have all of the bits necessary to do this...if you want to change the decor I have a selection of carpets and wall papers at extra cost ...I also have some furniture for it for sale if required ..please see pics but note that any dolls, furnishings or accessories you see are NOT included in the sale price...when new and unpainted or decorated it cost 500.00 flatpacked...this is a bargain ...the outside could do with a little finishing off---I used ity for display in my retail shop so the price reflects this ...in ideal finished state this was valued at 1,000.00 pounds ...I f i had the space I would not be selling it...any questions please ask.
